I sent in my documents to confirm my identity weeks ago, yet it still isn't confirmed

so Ive been trying to confirm my identity so that I can use my account to sell things online, and also cash my checks. I sent in my documents weeks ago yet its still saying I need to confirm my documents. but when I try resubmitting them, it says thank you we will be confirming in a few days. there's never an option to resubmit anything. is there anyway to get in touch with PayPal to ask them to confirm, or at least tell me if I have to resubmit my documents?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
