I am a Ukrainian woman who left for Poland because of the war. I received a letter Reference about the complete blocking of my account. The letter states that I have violated PayPal's rules and will never be able to use PayPal again. I ask you to review this decision, because I follow both Ukrainian and Polish legislation. My account received funds from relatives and friends, I have never withdrawn funds to a bank account. Please unblock my account.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

the idea of contacting Facebook worked, but the operator's answers are as standard as possible without any additional analysis of the specific situation
