I need to appeal a decision and it is not working on the website website

Ordered items from a legit site. Payment went to some other site. I need to appeal but website will not let me because it’s as it’s as closed case.

Which dispute type did you open?

Did you put in what happened?

Did you allow time for the seller to respond?

Did you escalate to a claim within 20 days of opening the dispute?

Did the seller provide tracking?

Did tracking show delivery of the item to you?
