I need help !!!! Paypal keeps on asking for an official document that can proof my address, and I keep on sending official documents, but NONE of them have the address. No official document in Costa Rica (ID, Passport, utility bill, credit card or registration on the Treasury, they have a copy of all of them !!!!) have the address. Can someone help me ! I need my account back !!!!

I have been contacting them through the link you kindly send already and a computer keeps on re-sending me to the same link to upload my papers, something that I have done several times already. I am really frustrated and don´t know what else to do !

The customer services insisted on asking for a copy of documents that exist only in the US !!!!

Now the irrationally ask me to ask for help to the US embassy in Costa Rica !!!!!

How can a Costa Rican citizen, living in Costa Rica ask for support to the US Embassy !!!!

I am really exhausted of their irrationality !!!!
