I use this account for a few years now. But about 2 years ago my account was literally locked for no reason. I need to use paypal account for work purpose, but i cant seem to find contact with paypal every now and then. It said that I can't use any payment without any reason specifically, really frustrating. I checked my email and still nothing came up. I just feel like deleting this account to make a new one to use but it doesn't even let me. This is so frustrating christ someone help me.
If you have a permanent limitation on a previous paypal account then the ban is on you and not just that old account.
So you can't use paypal again or open another paypal account.
You also can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
