I made a purchase, haven't received item, seller will not respond emails, what can I do?

I made a order on DinoTomic and paid as a guest user on PayPal. I made the order over a month ago, and have sent multiple emails to them inquiring about the order, with no response. 

Because I was a guest user at the time and not a member of PayPal I can't see anything to do with the order, or I just don't know where to look?

What can I do?

You ''may'' not have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you OR opening a dispute if you are covered by buyer protection.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.

OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
