I have received two payments from an unknown person but am unable to get through to paypal and speak to someone. I think it is fraud, could someone please advise?
However check on the details page first of the transaction to see if you were charged a fee, if you were that fee is not reimbursed as part of any refund that you make. So in that case issue a part refund so you are not left footing the fee bill?
