hello I have opened a case from 14/06/2021. but the paypal not answered me yet with the refund. How long it takes to get a my refund

PayPal tries to resolve case within 30 days but sometimes it can take longer.

Did you escalate to a PayPal claim before 4/7/2021? You had 20 days to escalate. Then PayPal has to talk to both parties to get information. What is the claim status? Under Review?
