I have never experienced this before- thanks for your help

I have received the following message in my account for days now sometimes it goes off but comes back- fyi I have never had a negative balance so I don't know what to do now. (Thanks in advance): the message I see when I attempt to add funds to my PayPal balance currently: (I hope this is all clear)

I have a PayPal debit card and I go online to use the services (I hope this helps)

If you already added money to resolve your negative balance using your bank account, this can take up to 10 business days.

 

If you have a dispute open, wait until the dispute is closed to check your negative balance.

Other situations may apply. If you’re having trouble,

then it says "contact us" and I did and nothing seemed to change.
