My mum in law sent us some money to pay for something in December 2023. on April 5 I got a message saying I was in negative with my account. Since I never used it I logged in and found someone had scammed her and disputed all her payments.
I find out I cannot speak to them she has to.
She tells me she lodged a complaint a few days later but today April 19 they said I owe them money and they found in the buyers favour (the people who took over my mum in laws account).
My account was not hacked, I was sent some money and now I am out of pocket by over £150 but could not speak to anyone as it was not my account that got hacked. APPALING service. I will be closing my account and worse off. How is this even possible???
