I'm sorry to hear there is an unrecognized pending charge on your account. While you can't file a dispute on a pending transaction, once it completes, we recommend filing a dispute for an Unauthorized Transaction. If you need further assistance, it's best to reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
