I got scammed. Then I filed a dispute, PayPal rejected it and says it’s case closed. But the scammer messaged me again today because he cannot withdraw the money. Then I pretended and get along with him so that he will refund me. But, unfortunately, he cannot refund me because I filed a case. I emailed the PayPal and still haven’t heard from them. I’m hoping that they could cancel the transaction since I presented proof that I got scammed. Did anyone also experience this?
