Someone tried to scam me via instagram. The typical "let me paint one of your photographs, I'll pay you $1000, oh there's some issue and you need to send me money first". I have everything documented. Of course I didn't send them money, but I know their account. How to report it?
If you click on legal bottom of paypal pages > acceptable use policy > there is a report hyper link on the word report when you scroll down in that policy to report violations of paypals terms.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
