I got a 2 scam, fraud transactions from My.com B.V.

Hello,
I received 2 emails tonight saying that 2 successful automatic payments were made from my PayPal account to My.com B.V.
I didn’t do this and didn’t even go there, I already opened a dispute on these 2 transactions, and I’m waiting for a response from PayPal support.
Has anyone encountered this before? How to be in this situation now? Can I provide some useful data to PayPal support to help them deal with these payments?

I want to thank the Paypal support team, everything was returned to me. Perhaps because it was 100% fraudulent transactions or because I wrote to them almost immediately, I can't say for sure, but thanks for the help!

Hello friend, what did you do to get PayPal's technical support to help you? I have the same problem with a transaction to My.com.
I did the process of reporting an unauthorized movement just 1 hour after the notification of the unauthorized payment. Should I do something else, or that Paypal responds in the time it says? (10 days or less)

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.

- I was charged twice for multipaal payments to a employee in Security and Fraud
- unauthorized fraud transaction in Security and Fraud
- An unauthorized reccuring payment was set up on my paypal by someone named dereckchambliss in Security and Fraud
- Fraudulent Sales being recorded for Unknown Good, and full cost discount except for Paypal Fees in Security and Fraud
- unknown card added to commit fraud in Security and Fraud
