I dont have a bank account but my account limitations require me to provide a bank account

My account is limited now Abd one of the requirement is a bank account But the problem is i dont have any bank account yet That's why i only send my money to a friend so he can link it to his gcash and give it back to me in cash

please help me resolve my paypal limitation asap i already provided id adress and previous transaction but the i dont have any bank account yet Pls help me i badly needed my money for my family asap
