I didn't receive an item, and paypay closed the case, no impressed be lost money, has anyone else had this problem

Yes, this happened to me.   The "company" produced a fake proof of delivery to PayPal only after I disputed it. Paypal accepted it and closed the case.   This has happened to many others.  I will never buy merchandise through PayPal again and will tell my friends and family. I thought I was safe from fraud with PayPal, but I was not.  Thankfully, I'm only out $110 and much wiser for it.

Guess you don't want info on how to appeal an INR case where the seller probably provided fake tracking then?

Thats a shame you may have still been able to get a refund.

Paypal is a scam website that willingly deals with scammer sellers. I shall never use them again. Thieves make me sick.
