I'd like to downgrade my account from a business account

I've been trying to contact support via message center since its the only way for me since its the only prompt option that comes up when I go into Contact Us. However, I've tried to for days now and I still haven't got a hold of a Customer Support Agent since it tells me there are none available and to try again later. Can a Customer Support Agent please contact me regarding this because I really would just want to downgrade my account.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
