I cant login to my account because I lost my phone. Login issues. Lost Phone

Hi guys, I lost my phone(it got stolen) and everytime I try to login it wants me to send a text message to it. I cant do that. I am going around in circles trying to get access to my account to put in a new phone number.

I have tried to reset the password many times but again it asks for the phone text or call thing.

Is there any way around this, any support email or anything I can contact?
