I cannot receive payments anymore

Hi,

 

I have received payments from friends before, but this is no longer working. When people try to send me money, they receive an error message that the recipient is currently unable to receive money.

 

Tried to call PayPal but was thrown out of their line after an hour of waiting.. never got to talk to anyone.. really outstanding customer service!

Do you have any limitations on your paypal account?

Have you received funds before?

Have you recently added a new email address?

No limitations, yes, I have received money before and I have not added or changed my email since..

Paypal customer service is very frustrating.. they say everything is fine with my account and it should be working.. but it's not 😞
