I can’t withdraw my funds from my limited account

It has been 180 days and I have received an email from paypal that my funds are now eligible for transfer pr withdraw. But I cannot add my bank account because it says that my account has a problem. How can I withdraw my funds?

You’ll have to contact customer service to ask they enable withdrawal functionality on your account. You might have to verify some personal info again too.
