I can’t find Link to product page on doing a refund request. What do I do?

I ordered two dresses from company, one is correct the other is not. Send emails to company that said I could just give it to someone. But won’t give me a refund or send correct dress. Under doing a return request for amount of dress it say to put in “ link to product page”. Where do I find this?

I'm sorry to hear that one of the items you received wasn't correct and you're having difficulty filing a dispute. The requested link is to the original listing where you purchased the dresses. Including the link can help show that the dress you ordered was not correct. When filing a Significantly Not as Described case, please include a detailed description of how the dress was different from what you had purchased. Quality is not covered, so you want to be as specific as possible. For example, you'll want to state the size, color, material, or design is incorrect and how.
