I can not lift limitation from my account in resolution centre

I can not withdraw my balance. I contacted customer service, I got an advice to go to resolution centre but the only help I can get from there is to report a problem with transactions, there's nothing else I can choose. I cleaned my cache and cookies, I"ve used two different browsers and nothing is happening.HELP

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?
Have you tried another browser / cleared your history/cache?
Have you tried withdrawing to the app?

Ok, my account wasn’t limited. I needed to confirm my dob ( even though I was withdrawing money many times before ) that’s it 🙂 thank you
