I received an invoice supposed to be from PayPal saying I purchased Bitcoin. It is showing in none of my accounts and does not even have my number for the Bitcoin account. I have tried everything to get a response from PayPal but I’m sure the number on the receipt is not taking me to PayPal customer service. Can someone tell me what to do with this. I get no response from texting PayPal
Do not log into PayPal from the link in the email. If you did, change your password ASAP.
Go directly to your PayPal account information using the PayPal app or website (typed directly into the browser address bar). If the transaction isn't there, it's likely fake. Transactions show up really quick usually (in my experience).
