I Want To Convert my account from business category to personal account .

this problem has been there for more than 4 years and no solution until this time , and i can't get help from the support because they are unreachable .

Please i need to resolve this issue to make my paypal account fully functional .

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
