How to transfer money from permanently limited account

I can longer use PayPal services its been more then 180 days. I haven't received am email from PayPal yet. I have $6,432.08. It's been way past 180 days help please....

You can try customer service, but you won't get anything useful out of them - they'll likely cut you off right before doing anything helpful. Filing a complaint with the BBB is your best bet here. You'll get more information and possibly a resolution, and if your money is still stuck then you at least have an email address you can contact. If that doesn't work, you might want to engage an arbitration service such as FairShake, who can recover at least most of the money.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
