How to restore banned account

I haven't accessed my PayPal account for a while. Recently, when I accessed to it, I see my account being banned and don't know why?

This account signed up by main account and phone number, when it being banned, both my email and phone number neither use to sign up for any other account so I'm so confused.

How can I restore my account, I can provide any information I have. Thanks

If you just let the account sit there unused, not even logging in, it may get permanently limited to secure the account, unless there is some other issue, ie. an account limitation that you never resolved or suspicious activity.
