How to resolve account limitations

Please how do i resolve my paypal account limitation ?

If its a temporary limitation then paypal normally direct you to the resolution or message centre to resolve any issues.

However if its a permanent limitation then those are rarely appealed as paypal are no longer offering you the services of their site.
