How to report additional problem after partial refund done?

Claimed bigger amount taken from PP account. Received partial correct refund
On same case, received article which is not working and it's not article I ordered. Need to report problem again on same purchase but can't find way. On PP I am receiving reply that claim resolved and can't be reported
In which way I can do?
How to contact PP support?

Normally its x1 dispute per transaction so you would have to contact customer services to see if they will open a second for you.
