I just noticed what could be a serious security breach and there doesn't seem to be a way to report it to PayPal.
I tried to review transaction details, but I saw a link under the transaction ID: Get more details in your PayPal China account.
Firstly, I don't have a China account (I'm registered in the UK).
Secondly when I clicked on the link, I got a message saying www.paypa.cn refused to connect.
The link on the transaction details page was: https://www.paypa.cn/withdraw/dashboard/activity/payment/P-195XXXXX.XXXXXX/detail
What's going on? It may be that someone has managed to hack paypal.com itself and is trying to send customers to a phishing site that is maybe able to obtain access or personal or financial details in some way.
This security leak needs to be plugged urgently!
