How to get money out after 120 day hold

Hello, PayPal locked my account right after I ID verified (biggest **bleep** ever) I had a good amount of funds in there and would like to know how I will be getting them out after 120 days and what my options are if I'm a resident of Ireland.

Is there any way to get my funds early after pursuing legal action?

For anyone using PayPal that is using it for an online business (close your account asap or create a coinbase account and put all funds into crypto so these **bleep** can't take anything from you worst case scenario)

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

The original poster is talking about removing funds from a paypal account that has been permanently limited.

Regardless of whether your are a buyer or seller or just receiving friends/family payments IF YOU HAVE FUNDS IN YOUR PAYPAL BALANCE THEN YOU WAIT FOR PAYPAL TO RELEASE THEM as per my post above.

Even if the funds came from a gift payment so NO BUYERS a dispute can still be opened for unauthorised transactions OR a chargeback.

Think the dimwit is the person that did not understand that OR who's gotten their paypal account permanently banned?
