How do you flag a seller who is using PayPal for payments but is fraudulently replacing the items ordered with cheaper items of less value? Note: I didn't purchase using PayPal, but shipping and order confirmation was sent via paypal service email address. I would like to ensure that nobody else gets scammed by www.kisscreams.com!!
