How to fix permanent account limitation

So my account just got Permanent limitation earlier for unkown reasons even when i have done nothing wrong. I have contacted paypals email and hoping to get an immediate response from them. this is getting too inconvenient and i need help asap.

Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then.............

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Unfortunately, this isn't something you can fix. PayPal actions are holy writ - even on the rare occasions that they acknowledge fault, they won't restore the account. Since you're not in the United States, you can't really file a complaint with a US-based agency like the BBB or CFPB, so I'd recommend seeking recourse with a relevant authority in the Philippines. If all else fails, you can engage the services of an arbitrator to try and recover some of the money you might have lost, though this is really only going to be worthwhile if you had a lot of money in the account.
