How to escalate a case

Hi there, i open a case for my seller but up to now he is nowhere to be found not even answering my messages nor reply to my email . im searching for escalate as case to paypal but i cant find it in my page. Please anyone who hve the same issue.

Which dispute did you open?

Is it 7 days since you paid?

You have to wait 7 days since you paid before you can escalate.

Means after 7 days the escalate the case to paypal can be found in my paypal account?

The dispute stage is for negotiation between you and the seller, however if you can't resolve things you escalate to paypal to make a decision, I can not say what decision that they will make.
