My paypal account got suspended due to the reason I registered the account before I was 18 so I only have limited access to my account and my only way to use Paypal again is to create a new Paypal account wherein I have to use a new e-mail address. Is there a way for me to change my suspended account's email address into my secondary one since I would want to use my primary email address used in the suspended account to create my new Paypal account.
I tried changing my email address on my suspended account yet I couldn't do it since I only have limited actions to it.
