How to Resolve "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier" when there is without Supplier

Hi @Stormy88,

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the 'Resolution Center' to resolve it. Your account would not be sent for review until all the steps show as Completed. 

 

If you cannot provide your Purchase Receipt, simply submit the reason in the provided section. You would then be updated via email within 2-5 business days.
