How long will it take to lift my PayPal account limitation? My paypal account limit before 1 year, How can I check how many days are left before my account limit is cleared?

If you had an email telling you it was a permanent limitation then you can never use a paypal account again, paypal have parted company with you.

The 180 days refers to the time period after which you 'may' be able to withdraw any funds from that paypal account (if there are any).
