How i can refund a payment of i sended to a friend/family?

Hi, somebody stoled my phone and sended a payment without telling me. What sould i do to recover my money if he sended throught option friends or family?

Did you not have a password on your phone?

Did you not have a password on your paypal app?

If your paypal account has not been hacked its unlikely you will be covered for an unauthorised transaction but you could open a dispute to check.

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and mark it as unauthorised and go from there?
