How hard is it to register a business account? And how much does it cost to block it?

Hello. I want to describe my story if it is of interest to anyone, especially those who know how difficult it is to create a business account for a company in PayPal. And for those who don’t know how easy it is to lose it. So, a business account for Aefing has been created.
On the site, to pay for membership in a unique community, the opportunity to purchase through various payment systems has been created for the convenience of customers. To check the functionality, a purchase was made through the website using a card (PayPal receives a commission from this transaction). The money goes to the business account, not a huge amount of money, but the average receipt for an online purchase is one hundred US dollars.
Immediately after this, the account is blocked and a message is sent asking you to confirm your identity. I confirm my identity by providing a driver's license. After this action, after a few hours, the business account is completely blocked without the possibility of recovery. Everything described can be confirmed, and there are screenshots of all actions and data from the Resolution Center (there are no complaints about the transactions, everything sparkles with a green light, but apparently there are some questions for me personally or my business). So, the account is closed.
Support (the official support of the PayPal company) on Facebook, when asked why the business (!) account was blocked, at first he said that he was not obliged to answer, then he said that it was for security reasons, after which he blocked my messages and the opportunity to get a simple answer to the question: Why did you block my account for no reason.
In LinkedIn (I have an old account, I’m not a young man, I’m almost fifty years old), the claims department accounts are blocked from user messages, I don’t know for what reason, by country or by the presence of Premium or by some other criteria. There are no replies to comments posted under messages from PayPal's official LinkedIn account. No one knows why company employees block business accounts without the possibility of recovery.
All the systems of disputes, claims, multi-level departments, and numerous employees created by the company are useless. Because one person can simply block an account created over a month and configured with other business applications. An account for a corporation creating a large business project, a project in which every change entails several consequences. PayPal employees can destroy it within one minute. Perhaps the company needs to fire its entire complaints and disputes, security, and various departments.
They are all useless.
Because one support employee (I don’t think that the CEO of PayPal personally blocked my account) can destroy someone’s business.
