How do you file a 2nd dispute on same transaction?

I was charged the wrong amount and WON the dispute.

Now I received the wrong item but when I try to file a claim it just says I already won.

You can't open a second dispute for the same transaction, but if its for another reason then you could contact customer services and see if they will open one for you?
