How do i get a buyer to pay me back after i have made her a full refund

A buyer claimed that she didn't receive the wedding dress and Handan that she ordered from my Etsy shop. She requested a full refund which I obliged her. Yesterday, a friend of mine sent me a screenshot of a woman wearing a dress that looks like my design. behold, she wore the exact dress and handfan she claimed that she didn't receive for her wedding. I have already given her a full refund. How do I report her to PayPal and get back my money?

You should have sent it trackable and then if tracking showed delivery you need not have refunded.

Reporting to paypal is pointless if you have already refunded.

You could try the small claims court?
