How do i escalate to claim ?

I had a dispute of few dollars and now the seller is not replying and on Paypal it is showing that you can escalate to claim on or after 22 August 2021 at 4:46 pm gmt -7 but i am still waiting , there’s no option of escalate, what should i do ?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

You can escalate a dispute to claim within a period of 20 days after it was opened, as long as a minimum of 7 days has passed since the original transaction date. When you escalate a dispute to a claim, we will review this at PayPal and determine the outcome.
