Months back I contacted an artist about getting some commission work done, and I was strung along to wait and wait and wait. I haven't gotten anything from the artist and I tried to file a dispute but since its more than 5 months old it was automatically denied/closed. This is an outrage! Simply put, this is fraud and I want paypal to do something about it.
I got burned by paypal a couple years back when I ordered some auto tinting sunglasses and I was sent cheap, crappy sun glasses that you could get at the Dollar Tree, but according to paypal they were 'marginally the same as what I ordered.' Not even the same ballpark.
