Hello, all! I opened a dispute about an eBay item I received that was damaged and not as described. I have been approved to return it, but all I can find is the address. There are no directions I can find as to what shipping method to use, printing a label, etc. I do see an option where PayPal pays for the shipping, but that looks like more of a reimbursement thing. So, what shipping method do I use? I know I need to have a tracking number, but that’s all the info I can find. Help, please!
