Hello, a few days ago I got an email from an address I will not mention directly here as I want Paypal itself to look into it, however, I don't know who to report this to exactly so I need help with that, and just as a frame of reference, attached is a screenshot of the email in order to see that it does look official.
Please keep in mind, emails that were sent to you by Paypal themselves will ALWAYS have your full name in them.

And PayPal payment transaction ID numbers are longer and don’t contain dashes in them.
