I ordered Xmas pjs in Oct. They didn’t arrive & all their socials were filled w/comments saying company was a scam. So I raised a dispute. I lost as the company provided postage to PP. after 10 weeks & my PP dispute I funnily enough received them, I don’t think this is a coincidence. But after Xmas so this makes them redundant. I emailed their website & social media to organise a refund/return. No reply. And now their website is gone. I’ve posted on all their social media. Nothing. How can I raise another dispute with PP to organise a return/refund?? As they are 100% a scammy company.
