How do I get a refund for a completed payment

I sent money to purchase a digital product but they are giving me a different product and asking for more money in order for to access the product. How do I get a refund?

You can open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

To open a dispute go to the transaction and click on it and the resolve a problem link is at the bottom of that details page.
