I am having a problem with a purchase yesterday via a Facebook advert. It's a scam website and there's no communication possible as no telephone number or email address given. I have to accept that the website isn't legitimate and I have been scammed. The name of the company that has received my payment via PayPal is in a foreign language. Could a participant on here please advise me how to change my password? Thank you.
