How can i receive help from an actual person instead of a robot?

Hi there,

 

I've been trying to prove my identity with paypal for months, but they don't accept any documents and I'm receiving zero help from their side. Can someone please tell me how i can take this case further? I've been messaging them as well, but it does not work either.

 

My documents clearly state my identity, address and everything.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

On facebook they just direct me here. It's automated.
