How can I use Paypal now that I'm old enough?

When I was 15-16 I wanted to start a business around selling my art to others online. I was told by other artists to use Paypal as an easy way to receive the payments. However, I ignored the fact that I have to be at least 18 years of age to open an account. After getting my account locked due to ignorance, I've tried for about three years (since turning 18) to get my account back or restarted now that I am old enough. I've tried contacting support many times and I'm always left without any sort of solution at every turn. I wanted to know if there's a way I can get my account back/unlocked now that I can give proof that I am of age to open an account now.

Any help from the community and/or staff would really help, thank you.

Contact customer service, explain the situation like you did here and ask that a new account be opened, now that you are of age.

Click Call Us at the bottom.

Call the number without login, request to speak to an agent.
