How do I reopen a closed dispute? It's been 3 months since I purchased the item and I haven't received it. They haven't responded to my emails and when I tried to call the number they have listed on their website it was a number for Boost Mobile.

Do you mean you didn't escalate it to a claim when you opened the first dispute?

If you didn't then it auto closes 20 days after opening it and unfortunately you can't re-open a dispute OR open a second one for the same transaction.

Oh, man. That really sucks. I didn't raise it to a claim because the company assured me (through a message on PayPal) that it was on it's way, and asked to give it more time to get to me. Are you sure there isn't another way to go about getting a refund? At this point, I'm convinced the company is fake because the number they have listed on their website is to a completely unrelated business. Thanks.

No harm in asking customer services to open a second one for you but normally they only do that if you opened an incorrect one the first time by mistake, if you want to try then..................

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
